Support & Assistance

Below are details describing various programs that we have created to make your stay in our community more enjoyable.

Deployed Spouse Program

We understand that various circumstances can make it difficult to do certain tasks. If your spouse is deployed and you would like assistance to perform a few tasks, please call our Community Management Office and we will be happy to assist. Extended lawn care, even for fenced-in yards is included in the program. Activities and events geared towards spouses and children of deployed service members are also available through the LifeWorks program.

Exceptional Family Member Program

The EFMP is a mandatory enrollment program for certain qualified families that works with other military and civilian agencies to provide comprehensive and coordinated community support, housing, educational, medical, and personnel services to families with special needs. Soldiers on active duty enroll in the program when they have a family member with a physical, emotional, developmental, or intellectual disorder requiring specialized services. Enrollment allows for special needs to be considered in the military personnel assignment process.

In order to register for the EFMP program, contact the nearest Army medical treatment facility EFMP point of contact to begin the assessment process and obtain enrollment forms. Once the forms are completed, they are forwarded to the appropriate regional medical command for coding. The regional medical command will then enroll eligible Active Army Soldiers in the program and notify Army National Guard and Reserve personnel agencies of eligible ARG Soldiers who will then enroll them in the program.
